Frequently asked
Is the live map really free?
Yes. The worldwide live map — nodes, aircraft and unidentified detections — is free for everyone, no account required.
What's the contributor discount?
Run a sky node and you get Observer-level access free, for as long as your node is online. You contribute the data the whole network runs on.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations run to the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, handled securely by Stripe. Annual billing saves about 17% over monthly.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You drop to Explorer (free) — the live map and 24-hour history. Your nodes and account stay intact, and you can resume anytime.
